Recent Activities & System Notifications

This section gives you a clear timeline of what’s happening in your account. It tracks:

  • ✅ Successful logins and logouts

  • 📝 Created or updated invoices, quotations, customers, and products

  • 🛠️ Settings changes

  • 🔄 System-related actions like data imports or backup events

Each log entry includes:

  • Timestamp

  • User name

  • IP address

  • Login location (GeoIP-based detection)

📌 This helps you monitor activity for security, accountability, and system usage.


🔔 System Notifications

Located in the header bar, LimaPay’s notification system alerts you to:

  • 📦 Low stock warnings

  • ⌛ Upcoming or overdue invoices

  • 📬 New messages from customers or team members

  • ⚠️ System announcements (e.g. maintenance, updates)

Notifications are designed to be:

  • Real-time – Updates as soon as events happen

  • Actionable – Most notifications link you directly to the relevant page

  • Dismissible – You can clear old notifications after viewing


📬 Where to Access Them

  • Recent Activities: Usually located at the bottom of your dashboard or under a “Reports” or “Audit Log” section.

  • System Notifications: Click the bell 🔔 icon in the top-right header.

Together, these features ensure you never miss important events and can always track what’s been done — and by whom.
