Forgot Your Password? Here's How to Reset It

If you've forgotten your LimaPay password, don’t worry. You can reset it securely in just a few steps:

1. Go to the LimaPay Login Page

Open your browser and visit:
👉 https://limapay.my/login

2. Click on “Forgot Password”

Beneath the login form, you’ll see a link labeled “Forgot Password?”
Click on it to begin the password recovery process.

3. Enter Your Registered Email or Username

You’ll be asked to enter either:

  • Your registered email address (e.g., you@example.com)
    OR

  • Your LimaPay username (e.g., yourname1)

✅ Make sure this matches the account you created.

4. Click “Send Reset Link”

After entering your email or username, click the “Send Reset Link” or “Reset Password” button.

5. Check Your Email Inbox

LimaPay will send you a password reset link. Open your email and look for a message from LimaPay Support.

📬 Note: If you don’t see the email within a few minutes:

  • Check your spam/junk folder.

  • Make sure your email was entered correctly.

6. Click the Password Reset Link

Click the link provided in the email. You’ll be redirected to a secure password reset page.

7. Set a New Password

Enter your new password, confirm it, and click “Reset Password” or “Update”.

✅ Make sure your new password is:

  • At least 8 characters long

  • A mix of upper and lowercase letters

  • Includes numbers or symbols for better security

8. Login with Your New Password

Return to the login page, enter your username or email along with your new password, and access your account.
